Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Massage is a unique, full-body treatment that blends passive stretching, compressions, gentle rocking, and mindful movement. Often called “lazy person’s yoga,” it combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and meditation to support physical and energetic balance. Unlike traditional Western massage, Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a cushioned mat on the floor. No oils or lotions are used. The session is interactive and rhythmic, as I use hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to guide you through stretches and apply focused pressure along energy lines in the body. Thai massage is both rejuvenating and meditative—perfect if you're looking for something that nurtures the body, including emphasis on any areas you might like to focus on, while calming the mind.
